It measures 10 inches in height with a 10 inch bottom diameter. The crock has a 2-3 gallon water reservoir and will easily support a 5 gallon water bottle. This combo will look great in your kitchen or in the den. The stand is made of 3/4 in hard wood. This is also a great way to serve your favorite beverage at parties or in your back yard! Flavor and freshness is protected by an airtight seal of water at the base of the crock. Water should be changed out every three days and replaced with fresh, cold water. Store the crock away from heat or sunlight. To use, firmly pack softened butter into the bell-shaped lid, pour cold water into the base of the crock and place the lid upside down back into the base of the crock.
